Refund and Returns Policy

Sapphire Sales warrants its Products to be free from defects for a period of 365 days from the date of purchase. Any product(s) to be found defective in materials and/or workmanship during the 365-day warranty period will be replaced at no cost. Test Font

Sapphire Sales warrants that their remanufactured / compatible imaging products, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any equipment for which the consumable was intended.

Defective or Damaged products: 

  • We guarantee our products but it happens on a rare occasion that you may receive a defective or damaged product. No worries, we got you covered. Contact us and we will issue a replacement or full refund. 
  • A photo or printout may be required for the refund or exchange process.
  • If you were charged shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Only the cost of the product(s)
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided should we require the item to be returned.

Unopened – Incorrectly Ordered Products or Product no longer required due to printer upgrade:

  • A restocking fee of 10% – 20% (depending on the item) will be applied for non-defective Products.
  • If you were charged shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for the return of the unopened product.

Opened – Non-Defective Products:

  • If you are not happy with the product received, we will be happy to assist within reason. Some opened products cannot be resold but we will do our best to accommodate. 
  • Products not in sellable condition will not qualify.
  • Opened OEM Products cannot be returned as those products cannot be resold.
  • If you were charged shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Only the cost of the item.

Incomplete or incorrectly received products:

  • If you have not received all products ordered or have received the incorrect product, it should be reported within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for the return of the incorrect product received.
